I will prove that I am loyal and active, I like this server and death troopers so I will do whatever it takes to prove it to all of you that I am loyal and active. I will be on the server almost every day and until late at night [Apart from nights I have worked]. I also don't go inactive without putting in an LOA. (4b) Do you understand you can be let go at ANY time for inactivity? Yes, I fully understand you guys can let me go at any time not just for inactivity. I would rather someone who was more active them me to take over as CO if I was inactive due to reason. (5.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be Commander on Thermal Reborn? (50 words or more) Well, I'm not one to share much about my self, But I am hard working and always aim for the top of every reg I join. I've been roleplaying since about 7 years now and don't see my self stopping, I am the kind of guy that if i am a rank of power that is a tightass when he needs to be but also chill and relaxed as I don't want to scare people off from my reg but also need them to understand that this is not something to mess around in.  I wish to be commander because I enjoy guarding regs a lot and always join them and wish to see the death troopers become more active and I can't do that at the position I am in right now.  (6.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? Honestly, I need to work on the fact that if someone gets on my nerves I tend to snap and rip into them, So I just need to learn not to do that and talk it out with them cause not everyone needs to be ripped into. Also, I need to work on letting others help me do stuff as I tend to try and do it all my self even when I have 2IC and NCO's to help me with the workload so I need to learn to give the workload out and give others stuff to do in and out of the game. (7.) In your opinion, what sets you apart from the rest of the applicants for Commander? Well, I am hard working and always push my self to be better and improve. I take feedback from my reg and others well. As well as I want death troopers to become active and have things to do when ISB is on other than just standing at the ISB checkpoint. I can't say that I would be better or worse than anyone else applying for this position but I will happily work my backside off to prove that in-game. I don't want to see death troopers not become active again as well. (8.) Have you ever been banned on any Garry's Mod Thermal Nation servers? If yes, then please list when, how long, and the reason. I have never been banned on any gmod server. I do have one warning on Imperial gaming  (10.) How would you rate your RP/command skills overall out of 10 (EX: Leadership, Communication, Organization, Roleplay, etc). Roleplay: 8/10 I am a veteran when it comes to role play and I always try and find new ways to improve my RP for my self and others. Leadership: 9/10 I am good when it comes to leading on or off the battlefield and have lead large units in other games and servers, I will be rusty tho as I have not to lead a reg in a couple of months Communication: 7/10 I will always pass and give out info to people but at times I tend not to talk at all and just let my actions speak. But I am fine with barking orders and giving people feedback on stuff they can improve on. Organization:6/10 Well umm I tend to wing things a lot of the time mostly when it comes to duping building but I tend to make other things like spreadsheets well Organised.  Approachability: 10/10 I will always be open for feedback or issues people may have with me and also let people know when I'm in a foul mood or just not in a mood to talk at all.  (11.) Please describe two or more situations you may find yourself in as a Commander while leading in an event, organizing a Regiment, doing training, etc, and how you would deal with it. In events, death troopers may find themself in situations where they can't get to and guard there ISB member or they may find themself split off from the main force for some reason, In situations like that I would radio to all ISB and Death Troopers to meet up in a location so we could regroup and link back up with the main force so we don't leave anyone behind and be able to do our job to its fullest. As well as I would make sure that every death trooper would be ready to take around or die for there ISB member on the battlefield.  As a Commander I know I will have to deal with troopers being insubordinate or breaking rules. If they are doing these such things I would take actions like pulling them into my office and talking to them asking them why are they doing such things and give them a verbal warning to stop doing it if it's in RP [IF it them breaking Rules OOC I will report it to staff and flat out give them a strike depending on how bad the offense is]. I would tell them that if they keep up this behavior I will have to give them a strike or two depending on how bad the offense was and let them know that as a Death trooper in RP they are not meant to be acting like this as in RP they are elite soldiers/Bodyguards and ISB will happily give them the good old reeducation or worse a PK or NPK if they keep it up or just flat removal from the regiment. But if they are acting like this cause they are bored or don't know what they are doing I will happily be telling them what the job of a death trooper is or give them some role play they can do or simply tell them that Death troopers may not be the right regiment for them and suggest to them that they may want to try and join another reg or go read up on Death trooper lore to help them make up their mind if they wish to stay. (12.) How do you plan to grow your regiment By holding tryouts for the regiment. But also bringing in a system of guarding roaster to assign DT's to certain ISB members so we don't all rush after an ISB member as they HQ. But also bring in rotation for the checkpoint so say like every 20-30 mins the guards at the checkpoint change so they don't have to be stuck at the guard post 24/7 so they can say go RP in HQ or go out for a walk/patrol of the ship [If they want to stay guard at the checkpoint they can]. I would also try and bring more passive RP to the regiment like doing weapons and armor inspections to make sure their gear is up to standard. Also making a code for comms that anyone who is below SGT can use comms and not be classed as breaking their oath of silence [ISB and DT would be the only ones who know what the codes mean]. I would also enforce a three-strike system  Strike one = Waring  Strike two = Demotion/No promotion for another 3 days say if they are PVT Strike three = Removed from the Regiment and not allowed to try out again for a week-a month
